6th Annual National Wounded Warrior Tennis Camp May 14-20, 2017 |

The 6th Annual National Wounded Warrior Tennis Camp will take place May 14-20, 2017 at Balboa Tennis Club in San Diego. It is for wounded, ill, and injured service members and veterans of any age. Caregivers are allowed to participate on a case-by-case basis. All costs will be covered except for airline baggage fees and incidentals. Hotel accommodations will be double occupancy.

In addition, each applicant must complete and return a Medical Clearance Form. Click here to download the Medical Clearance Form. You will be able to upload your completed form to your application.
The application deadline has been extended from February 10, 2017 to February 25, 2017.
Space is limited to 60 participants. Once accepted, a $50 deposit is required which will be refunded upon arrival in San Diego.
