5th Annual National Wounded Warrior Tennis Camp May 15-21, 2016 |

The 5th Annual National Wounded Warrior Tennis Camp will take place May 15-21, 2016 at Balboa Tennis Club in San Diego. It is for wounded, ill, and injured service members and honorably discharged veterans of any age. Caregivers are allowed to participate on a case-by-case basis. All costs will be covered except for airline baggage fees and incidentals.
To apply, please submit the following:
1. Completed Application Form (Available Here). Save the application form to your computer before filling it out.
2. Medical Clearance Form (included in the Application).
3. Proof of Military Service (copy of Active Duty or Retired ID card, or DD-214, or VA Health Care System ID card).
Return all documents to Camp Coordinator Mary Alice ("M.A.") Hillier via email at [email protected].
The application deadline is February 12, 2016.
Space is limited to 50 participants. Once accepted, a $50 deposit is required which will be refunded upon arrival in San Diego.
